Deep Healing, Naturally

What if your body isn't broken...

What if it's simply forgotten how to heal?

Every day your body repairs damaged tissue, fights infection, regulates inflammation, and replaces millions of cells. Most of us never think about those processes until something changes:

Pain lingers.

Energy disappears.

Recovery slows.

You begin feeling like you're working harder just to feel "normal."

At SA Integrative Health, we believe healing isn't always about forcing the body to do more.

Sometimes it's about giving the body the right environment to do what it was beautifully designed to do.

That is why we offer medical ozone therapy as part of an individualized integrative care plan.

After nearly three decades in healthcare, I began asking a question I couldn't ignore:

Why were so many people still suffering even after doing everything they had been told?

That search led me into integrative medicine—not because I was looking for an alternative to good medical care, but because I wanted to understand why some bodies recover while others remain stuck.

Ozone therapy became one of many tools we use to support the body's own healing processes, always as part of a thoughtful, individualized plan rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

We Don't Chase Diagnoses...

We Care for People.

You're more than a diagnosis.

More than a lab result.

More than a list of medications.

When you walk through our doors, we don't just ask what disease you have.

We ask what life has been like living inside your body.

Because understanding your story is just as important as understanding your symptoms.

Healing begins when someone finally listens.

Major Autohemotherapy (MAH Ozone)

Major Autohemotherapy (MAH) is our most comprehensive ozone therapy approach and is designed to provide whole-body support.

During this procedure, a larger amount of blood is collected into a sterile, closed system, gently exposed to medical ozone, and then returned to your bloodstream through an IV.

Because the treated blood circulates throughout the body, this approach is intended to provide systemic support rather than targeting only one specific area.

Why we may recommend it:

  • Supports healthy oxygen utilization

  • May promote the body's natural antioxidant and adaptive responses

  • Supports healthy circulation

  • May complement a comprehensive wellness plan for individuals experiencing fatigue, brain fog, prolonged recovery, or ongoing inflammatory challenges

Imagine your bloodstream as a network of highways.

Rather than working on a single neighborhood, Major Autohemotherapy travels throughout the entire city. As your blood circulates, it carries the body's own signaling molecules wherever they're needed, supporting the natural communication systems your body already uses to maintain balance and repair.

This is often our preferred approach when we're looking to support the body as a whole rather than focusing on one isolated area.

Neural Ozone Injections (IM/SQ)

Neural ozone therapy involves placing very small amounts of medical ozone just beneath the skin or into specific muscular areas.

These locations are selected based on your symptoms, physical examination, and areas where we identify tension, irritation, or altered tissue function. The goal is to support healthy tissue function and encourage better communication within the body's natural regulatory systems.

Why we may recommend it:

  • May support healthy nervous system regulation

  • May help relieve localized muscle tension and discomfort

  • Supports healthy circulation within treated tissues

  • Often incorporated into individualized care plans for musculoskeletal pain or persistent areas of dysfunction

Imagine your body as a neighborhood after a storm.

Most of the roads are open, but a few intersections remain blocked. Traffic backs up. Communication slows. Everything beyond those areas becomes more difficult.

Neural ozone therapy is designed to focus on those specific areas of concern. Rather than treating the entire body, it targets the places where tissues and nerves may benefit from additional support, helping encourage healthier communication and function within those localized regions.

Many patients appreciate combining Neural Ozone with Major Autohemotherapy because one provides focused, localized support while the other works systemically throughout the body.

Our Preferred Methods of Ozone Therapy

No two patients are alike, which is why we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. During your consultation, we'll take time to understand your health history, current symptoms, and personal goals before determining whether ozone therapy may be an appropriate part of your individualized care plan. Depending on your needs, we may recommend one or more of the following approaches.

Minor Autohemotherapy (Minor O₃)

Minor Autohemotherapy is one of the simplest and gentlest forms of medical ozone therapy.

A small amount of blood is drawn, mixed with a carefully measured concentration of medical ozone, and then injected back into a muscle—similar to receiving a vitamin injection.

Why we may recommend it:

  • Supports healthy immune system communication

  • May encourage the body's natural adaptive response to physiologic stress

  • Often incorporated into individualized care plans for patients seeking additional immune support, persistent fatigue, or overall wellness

Imagine your immune system as an orchestra.

Every instrument is there, but after years of illness, stress, or inflammation, they may no longer be playing in harmony. Minor Autohemotherapy isn't designed to force the orchestra to play louder. Instead, it may provide a gentle signal that encourages the musicians to find their rhythm again.

Restoring Balance from Within

How Does Ozone Therapy Work?

Your body is remarkably designed to heal, adapt, and restore balance. Every second of every day, millions of cells are communicating with one another—repairing damaged tissue, producing energy, regulating inflammation, and responding to the world around you.

Sometimes, however, those communication systems become overwhelmed. Chronic stress, illness, infection, injury, or years of ongoing inflammation can make it more difficult for the body to function as efficiently as it was designed to.

Medical ozone therapy works differently than many traditional treatments. Rather than masking symptoms or forcing the body in a particular direction, it creates a brief, controlled oxidative signal that encourages your body's own protective and repair systems to respond. This response may support healthy antioxidant activity, cellular communication, circulation, and the efficient production of energy within your cells.

Because your mitochondria are responsible for producing the energy every cell needs to function, supporting healthy mitochondrial activity may help your body perform the work it was already designed to do—repair, regulate, and recover.

Medical ozone may also help support a balanced immune response. Rather than simply "boosting" the immune system, the goal is to encourage healthy regulation, allowing the immune system to respond appropriately to the challenges it encounters.

Imagine your body as an orchestra.

When every instrument is playing together, the music is beautiful. But after years of illness, stress, injury, or inflammation, some sections may begin to fall out of rhythm. Ozone therapy isn't intended to replace the musicians or force them to play louder. Instead, it may provide a gentle signal that helps the orchestra begin working together again.

The goal isn't to override your body's natural processes. The goal is to support the remarkable healing systems that have been there all along.

What Ozone Therapy Is NOT

IMG_8053.jpeg
  • It isn't a miracle cure.

  • It doesn't replace good nutrition.

  • It doesn't replace your primary care physician.

  • It doesn't heal every condition.

  • It isn't right for everyone.

  • It works best as one part of a comprehensive, individualized care plan.

If you've spent months—or even years—searching for answers, you're not alone.

Many of the people who walk through our doors have been told their labs are "normal" while they continue to feel anything but normal.

We can't promise that ozone therapy is the right answer for every person.

What we can promise is that you'll be heard.

We'll take time to understand your story, explain your options, answer your questions, and work alongside you to build a plan that supports your health—not just your symptoms.

Your Questions, Answered

Is Ozone Therapy safe?

When administered by trained medical professionals using clinical-grade equipment, Ozone Therapy is exceptionally safe. Ozone has been used globally for decades in integrative medicine. Our protocols at SA Integrative Health follow strict physiological safety standards to ensure the gas is introduced in a controlled, therapeutic manner that supports your body's natural resilience.

What does the treatment feel like?

Most patients find ozone treatments to be very manageable and often relaxing. Depending on the method, you might feel a slight sensation of warmth or pressure, but it is generally not painful. Many individuals report feeling a sense of renewed energy or mental clarity shortly after their session as the body begins to process the increased oxygenation.

Who is Ozone Therapy for?

Ozone Therapy is ideal for individuals looking to address chronic inflammation, support their immune system, or enhance metabolic efficiency. It is also beneficial for those struggling with low energy or recovering from long-term health challenges. During your consultation, we review your medical history to ensure this therapy aligns with your body's specific needs and root-cause healing goals.

How many sessions will I need?

Consistency is key to biological restoration. While some notice shifts after one or two sessions, most root-cause benefits are cumulative. We typically recommend a series of 8, 10, or 20 treatments, depending on the severity of your symptoms and how your nervous system responds. We will track your progress closely to adjust your personalized schedule as you heal.
