At-Home Testing & Integrative Healing
In conventional medicine, lab testing is often designed to detect disease once it has already developed. “Normal” ranges are broad and focused on pathology — not optimal function — which means many people are told their labs look fine while they still struggle with fatigue, hormone imbalance, inflammation, digestive issues, or chronic symptoms.
At SA Integrative Health, we approach testing differently. We use holistic, functional testing to identify early imbalances, stress patterns, nutrient deficiencies, metabolic dysfunction, and nervous system strain long before a diagnosis is made. Your body whispers before it screams — and we believe in listening early.

Why Holistic Testing Matters
Traditional lab testing is often designed to diagnose disease once it has already progressed to a significant level. In many conventional settings, testing may be limited by insurance requirements, prior authorizations, narrow “normal” ranges, or symptom-based approvals—meaning many people are told their labs are “fine” despite ongoing fatigue, weight changes, hormone symptoms, inflammation, brain fog, digestive dysfunction, anxiety, poor sleep, or chronic health concerns.
At SA Integrative Health, we take a more comprehensive and functional approach. Our convenient at-home testing is designed to look deeper into how your body is functioning long before disease fully develops. Instead of viewing isolated lab numbers, we evaluate patterns and relationships within the body to better understand how your nutrition, stress levels, nervous system state, sleep quality, inflammation, toxic burden, hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle habits may be impacting your physiology as a whole.
We assess a broad range of markers related to hormone balance, thyroid function, blood sugar regulation, nutrient status, inflammation, cardiovascular and metabolic health, immune stress, and overall system function. Often, subtle imbalances exist long before they become severe enough to trigger a diagnosis in conventional medicine. By identifying these patterns early, we can begin supporting the body proactively rather than simply waiting for symptoms to worsen.
Most importantly, we don’t stop at the lab results.
Once imbalances are identified, we provide personalized recommendations tailored to your body and goals. This may include nervous system regulation strategies, targeted supplementation, herbal and detox support, nutrition guidance, lifestyle modifications, sleep support, and foundational wellness strategies designed to help restore balance and improve how your body functions at its core.
Our Integrative Modalities
We combine advanced, evidence-informed therapies with a nervous system–centered approach to create the internal environment necessary for healing. Every modality we offer is designed to help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, enhance oxygen delivery, regulate the stress response, and support cellular repair.
Our services include:
- Acupuncture with/without electrical stimulation to improve nerve signaling and reduce pain
- Ozone Therapies to enhance oxygen utilization, modulate inflammation, and retrain the immune system
- Cupping and Dry Needling to release fascial restrictions and neuromuscular tension
- Biofield sessions to support nervous system balance and mind-body coherence
The Body Calm Session
We do not chase symptoms — we restore terrain.
Many people don’t realize that their body may have never truly experienced “calm.”
Not just relaxation for a few moments… but a genuine physiological state of safety, regulation, and restoration.
For some, stress began before birth. If a mother has a dysregulated nervous system, when she carries a child, that developing nervous system is shaped by stress hormones and survival signaling. Then after birth, life continues—childhood stress, emotional trauma, constant pressure, overwork, chronic illness, poor sleep, inflammation, overstimulation, emotional suppression, and years spent constantly “pushing through.”
Over time, the nervous system adapts to survival mode.
Eventually, fight-or-flight no longer feels like stress—it feels NORMAL.
This is why so many people struggle to truly rest, regulate, heal, or “shut off.” Their body is constantly scanning for danger, tension, or the next stressor. Even when they try to relax, their nervous system may not know how to return to a calm, restorative state because it has rarely experienced one.
At SA Integrative Health, we believe healing begins when the body finally feels safe enough to heal.
That’s why we created one of our signature offerings: the Body Calm Session.
This deeply restorative experience combines multiple therapies designed to work together synergistically to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, support oxygen delivery, reduce inflammation, and help shift the body out of chronic survival mode.
Your session may include:
Red Light Therapy – Supports mitochondrial function, tissue repair, circulation, and cellular energy production
Infrared Heat Therapy – Encourages relaxation, circulation, detoxification, and nervous system calming
PEMF Therapy (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) – Helps support cellular communication, grounding, relaxation, and recovery
Neural Ozone Therapy – Gentle subcutaneous ozone applications designed to help “reset” dysfunctional nervous system signaling patterns while improving oxygen utilization and circulation
Acupuncture with E-Stim – Supports nervous system regulation, circulation, energetic balance, muscle relaxation, and calming of chronic stress patterns

Together, these therapies help guide the body into a parasympathetic state—the state where healing, repair, digestion, hormone balance, detoxification, immune regulation, and restoration are designed to occur.

When the nervous system feels safe:
Circulation improves
Inflammation decreases
Oxygen reaches tissues more effectively
Muscles begin to release tension
The body shifts from survival into restoration

For many people, the Body Calm Session becomes more than just a treatment—it becomes one of the first times their body has truly experienced what “safe” and “calm” actually feels like.
